About the College
Shanghai Acupuncture College Ireland is the most unique provider of
Traditional Chinese Medicine education in Ireland. The value that we
provide to our students is one which differentiates us from other
schools.
China is fundamentally the best place to study
TCM and acupuncture. It is the country that TCM and acupuncture is
originated from and has been since developed. Ideally, those who wish
to take on these studies will travel to China but unfortunately for
many, it is not possible to do this. Because you cannot go to China,
Shanghai Acupuncture College Ireland in partnership with Shanghai Sixth
Medical College has essentially brought the curriculum of TCM and
acupuncture study from China to you. To instrument this curriculum we
have sourced top lecturers from Chinas most prestigious and renowned
universities, creating the environment as it is in China. We firmly
believe in delivering a quality and authenticity driven standard of
education to Ireland, something exceptional that did not exist.
Furthermore, not only are the faculty of
Shanghai Acupuncture Ireland experienced lecturers but they are also
top clinical medical doctors from the prime hospitals in Shanghai. One
of the core success factors in the education that is being delivered to
our students is the experience that compliments the course content.
Throughout classes our lecturers share theirvast clinical experiences
with the students and it is the same lecturer that will accompany the
student when they undertake clinical practice in China. Upon full
completion of studies and training, our graduates to be totally
equipped with the knowledge and experience to treat patients.
